I. Administrative Requirements

1. Participants of free paper and poster presentations must be registered participants of the conference.
2. Participants are individuals or teams. Participants can be members of several papers/posters but can only be a team leader in one paper/poster.
3. Abstract is original work that has never been included in a similar competition or presented at any scientific event.
4. Abstract along with proof of conference registration is submitted to Google Form or JotForm before 11 November 2024
5. Abstract must be submitted in English and is limited to 250 words.

II. Poster Presentation Terms

1. The decision of the adjudicator team is absolute and cannot be contested.
2. Posters can be original research, reviews, or case reports.
3. The technical and visualization style is free and original and does not use elements that violate copyright.
4. Poster size is A1, and poster orientation is portrait.
5. Poster has to be submitted in JPG/JPEG format to Google Form or JotForm before 30^th November 2024.
6. The original research and review format includes: (Title, Author, Institution, Background and Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Keywords, and Bibliography).
7. The format for the case report includes: (Title, Author, Institution, Background, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Keywords, and Bibliography).
8. Poster presentation will be carried out in parallel sessions; participants must stay in front of their posters. The presentation time is 5 minutes, and the question and answer time is 5 minutes.
9. Other provisions will be informed through the Poster Section Committee.

III. Oral Presentation Terms

1. The decision of the adjudicator team is absolute and cannot be contested.
2. Oral presentations can be original research, reviews, or case reports.
3. The technical and visualization style is free and original and does not use elements that violate copyright.
4. Presentations are made using PowerPoint or a similar application.
5. Presentation has to be submitted in ppt/pptx format to Google Form or JotForm before 30^th November 2024.
6. The original research and review format includes: (Title, Author, Institution, Background and Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Keywords, and Bibliography).
7. The format for the case report includes: (Title, Author, Institution, Background, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Keywords, and Bibliography).
8. Oral presentation will be carried out in the main stage of the symposium. Presentation time is 10 minutes, and question and answer time is 10 minutes.
9. Other provisions will be informed through the Oral Presentation Section Committee.
